I made some good progress on these hex tiles. The large lake set is ready for the water effect. The way I do this is with some gel as sort of like a primer and the water texture on top. This usually takes about 2-3 pours. With the extremely long drying time, they should be complete on Monday. These hex tiles narrowly escaped a major issue..
Do the Shuffle
My rattle can. Not a single tile was sprayed with it after the lake tiles and the hobby shop that i have been going to since I was in highschool recently closed their doors and are now down to one location. It sucked because I had plans to get materials for the rough terrain tiles and forest tiles there. We will be back on track soon.
